Discussion for roles goes here.
Someone who is likely to get voted could consider taking a role that can kill one person who votes for them, once per night.

I already sent this to Aeon, although if people think its a dumb idea, I can change it.
I want to be a lighthouse keeper. When I die, the lights go out, with as many of the following effects as you'll let me have:
a) My role and/or affiliation is not revealed upon death. b) The role and/or affiliation of any other deaths that night are not revealed. c) All other actions that night may not be revealed. d) Speech the next day (to a limited extent, like 2/day, or maybe even exclusively, as you like) can be made anonymously by PMing the moderator. e) All votes that day must be PMed to the moderator, and the vote count is NOT revealed the next day.
Of course, if my fellow muffinns think this is lame, I'll come up with something else, or even just accept being the Hitman. I just really like the lighthouse keeper role.
Other role types that'd be valuable:
One time or multiple time janitor. Reflecting role. Driver role (manipulate who people are targetting with night actions) Framer

Unless you can commit suicide, Part B is not that useful. Part D seems more or a Hassle then anything else.
As for my own role, I'd love the dark angel role.
If a member of your team is the subject to a lynch, guard them with the power of the angel, fooling everyone to believe that a predominately good role (lawyer, angel) has saved him.

I like monkey's idea. Maybe a one time use lych stop would be good too, to buy time at some point, like I had in witty muffin.
Also, as I said in my mass pm, I'd be fine with being hitman if no one else wants it.

I think lsomeone who gets voted a lot should get a role where his vote is worth how many people voted for him yesterday.

There are 7 muffin, 18 non-muffin. Methinks this game will be very chocolately. Innocents probably have similar choice as we do. So giving them a chance to claim safely(anonymous messages) seems bad. Everything else seems fine. Focusing on manipulating night actions as much as possible might be a good idea. Reflector is nice
I'd be willing to take a scan-corruptor, like RP(?) was in TSO's second game. I tend to live long enough for something like that to be useful. Janitor is another option.

Ill take it, unless people stopped hating me.

They can claim safely, but likewise we can false claim safely with no consquences. It really will only create mass confusion and/or idiocy.

Fucking ToS, stealing my name I wuz thinking of Vote Amplification (Multiply the vote, so if someone has 6 votes, using it on that person for that day would make it have 12 votes on them) or Vote Collapse (the person with the next highest amount of votes is killed).

Maybe. It lets the innocents say stuff publicly that they otherwise wouldn't, and gives us a chance to be confusing. It's tricky to say how those will balance out, but I don't believe it will be very helpful. Up to you though.

Please remember that the muffin's roles are minor. Minor.

Please remember that the muffin's roles are minor. Minor. Mine is totally minor. It won't like, double your work for a day or anything.

Why don't we all be bombs, randomly killing one person when we die (one that voted for us).
Although that seems kind of lame, it would be a lot of deaths (assuming that we use it later in the game, it would be devastating; we wouldn't even have to hide the fact that we're muffin).

So what do we have so far as options?
1-hitman-Needed 2-"Someone who is likely to get voted could consider taking a role that can kill one person who votes for them, once per night." 3-lighthouse keeper 4-reflector 5-driver 6-framer 7-dark angel 8-one-time lynch stop 9-"someone who gets voted a lot should get a role where his vote is worth how many people voted for him yesterday." 10-scan-corruptor 11-exploder?
Of the last 10, we need 6. I personally like 2, 7, and 9 quite a bit.
Keep discussing, I have to leave my computer for a bit, but I'll be back withen the hour.

What counts as minor? Is a janitor(one-time, all dead of that hidden/one body per night) too good?
